Refund and Returns Policy

1. Our Return Philosophy

At Cherish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that buying clothing online can be tricky, so we offer a straightforward return process.

2. Return Window

You have 8 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 8 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

  • Tags Attached: Original tags must still be attached.

  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.

  • Odor Free: Items must be free from smells of smoke, perfume, or laundry detergent.

  • Shoes: Must be tried on indoors and returned in the original shoe box without damage to the box.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimates: Underwear, lingerie, and hosiery.

  • Swimwear: Unless the hygiene liner is still intact and attached.

  • Accessories: Earrings (pierced jewelry) and hair accessories.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift Cards.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@cherish.com.pk with your Order # and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address. Do not send items back without approval.

  3. Pack & Ship: Pack the item securely. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  2. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within [5-10] business days.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to get it is to:

  1. Return the original item for a refund.

  2. Purchase the new item immediately in a separate order.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@cherish.com.pk within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the defect. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [Support Email].


Key Decisions You Need to Make:

  • Who pays return shipping?

    • Customer Pays: Standard for small businesses to protect margins.

    • Free Returns: Higher conversion rate, but expensive for you.

  • Restocking Fee: Do you want to charge a small fee (e.g., $5) to cover handling? If so, mention it in Section 6.

  • Store Credit vs. Cash: You can technically offer “Store Credit Only” for returns, which keeps the money in your business, though customers prefer cash refunds.
